The air resistance flywheel gives you the feel of rowing on the open water while an easy-to-read LCD console displays your progress. Includes a built in heart rate receiver (belt not included). The heavy gauge steel frame has a smooth sliding seat along an aluminium rail and a built-in footrest with adjustable straps for comfortable and safe exercising. Folds to L112 x W50 x H165cm. Partial self assembly required. Rowing is a seated aerobic pursuit suitable for all users. It removes all the body weight from the ankles, knees and hips, moving the limbs and joints through a full range of motion, from completely extended to completely contracted.
